Hi i have just install the LiberatorFE
i have read most of the documents but i haven't found somewhere ,
how it is possible to connect to web server ( \htdocs) and start create pages
or to connect by any ftp client
- i have to setup any ftp service !!??
- can i connect with any web design program and create my own pages !???

is there any document Step by Step - How to make the first connection for editing pages !!??

I am assuming you have installed the vmware version of LiberatorFE by the way you are talking about FTP etc.

If you want to be able to edit html pages etc in the htdocs directory using a Windows editor then you will have to setup ftp or samba on the linux virtual machine so you can access it from Windows. I'm not sure if they are setup for that or not (I'll get someone to check and post a more accurate answer)

You can always edit stuff directly on the linux vm using the commandline and 'vi', but if you aren't familiar with Unix then that might not be the best way for you.

Following up from Martin's reply I can confirm that FTP is not set up on the linux virtual machine.

In order to handle files on the virtual machine we recommend that you use FileZilla or WinSCP to create a SFTP connection. This way is recommended as it doesn't require any setup on the virtual machine.
